Accommodation is not provided in offshore Gurdwaras. You can only partake langar there.

Langar is on Friday evenings and Sunday morning+afternoon. You can contribute by visiting during any of those times, or whenever the Gurdwara is open.
I am not 100% sure about timings but I think it's 9-12 for snacks and 12-2 for lunch.
There are no specific events like that but Non Sikhs are always welcome to join us on any regularly scheduled events. Its best to join us on Friday nights (from 6:30 - 9:30) or Sunday Morning (from 10:30 - 3:00) as there will be more people to help answer your questions. In any case Sikh Gurdwaras are always open to all so you can visit anytime.
