They deserve NO STARS DISGRACEFUL PLACE Not a caring bone in anyone's body JOSIE especially was rude unempathetic and unprofessional It boggles my mind how people with such nasty additudes work in human services or with the public This place should be closed down better yet get rid of every single employee and start from scratch they clearly don't want to do their JOB AND I got all that from a 10m interaction with 1 employee State of Rhode Island do better send these people for psychic evaluation before you hire them or give them customer service training at least 1 every couple months THEY NEED IT

I’ve been trying to get through to someone for a week and a half. These hold times are absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I waited for 3 hours and as soon as someone picked up the call dropped 😑 I’m so upset

If I could give a zero I would. I have tried for weeks to talk with someone the main secretary leaves me on hold and tells me it's impossible for her to connect to Warwick office. Social workers need more training in empathy, compassion and being there for the client. First time need help in 30 Years what a horrible experience
