If I could give it zero stars I would. It makes me sad to see that some compatriots are doing such a bad job. First, they gave me an appointment at 9:30 am upon arrival the place was closed. When they finally open, I put the money in the parking meter and when I enter there are already about 4 people registered. I tell the girl at the front that she's super nervous like she doesn't know what she's doing. I have an appointment and when they ask me about my insurance, they tell me that they are no longer accepting that insurance. I tell him I'm going to pay them out of pocket and he hands me a list so I can put my name on it. List where there are several people in front of me. I tell him: I already have an appointment. And he answers that it does not matter that it is by order of arrival. And I tell him: then why do they date? He tells me that they give the appointment but that is how they work. And on top of that he tells me not to get mad. Finally, I can tell you that only people who do not know that there are serious places where they do attend and respect each other's time can go to that place. How sad that they are Dominicans. A terrible experience.

My husband had his appointment at 10:45am and it was 1:30 we left at 4:30pm for a simple cleaning all day for just a clining it's not worse and the doctor hasn't seen him yet I'm not coming back here anymore taking the whole day for dentist visit it's not quite fear to me,he wasted his day to work and still haven't seen the doctor
