All i need is a snap benefit letter for where I live for rent adjustment and they make me sit there and I miss bus home, it pissed me off. Still javent recieved it, not even by mail.

They are horrible, i updated my paperwork back in November and nothing changed. You cant contact anyone by email, by phone, can't put the paperwork in the drop box and you can't mail it in order to get a response.
