Great stay and will stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff is a huge plus for this hotel. Breakfast staff was so friendly and efficient. Room was great with nice sitting room, although I did not like the sliding doors to the bathroom. When we needed towels they came instantly! Breakfast was done very well.The oatmeal was delicious. We Did not use the pool or fitness center.

The room was clean and quiet. One person in our party used the pull-out bed in the couch and found it comfortable. I didn't like the sliding doors on the bathroom for sharing the space, but that's just me whining. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The pool was warm and clean and is 3.5ft deep. There were many choices for breakfast including an omelette station, self-service waffle makers, and also fruits, yogurt, and cereals. The coffee was pretty good and had a variety of creamers available. The complimentary evening reception that included two beverages per guest was a nice touch.

Edited to respond to the owner's response: We did not have a block we had 3 rooms total for our small wedding. Your employees absolutely did try to not give us the rooms we paid for and reserved 10 months prior and I am almost positive they were saving those rooms for the people that would have had to pay more for the same room (since we got our before it was a known football weekend). If that is not something you are aware of I would suggest talking to your employees and retraining them on how to handle these things. What a terrible stay and on our wedding weekend too. We will never return to this hotel after how they treated us and my family. Beware that even if you book well in advance if the weekend you stay happens to fall on a football weekend once the schedule comes out they will do everything in their power to give you a lesser room than what you originally reserved. Why? Because they are now selling that room you booked 10 months in advance for 2 or 3X the price and they want to give those rooms to those people. My parents (on a different reservation) had the exact same experience. Horrible way to treat your guests. They only miraculously found an open mountain view balcony room (that I had reserved 10 months ahead of time) when I said we were there for our wedding. This is just the beginning of the problems with this hotel. I will stay anywhere else on our next stay in Boulder.

12/18/21-12/19/20 personally want to thank Aryan for a wonderful stay! We were in Boulder celebrating an anniversary and she took it upon herself to deliver a very sincere and kind handwritten note along with some high quality snacks! As a previous Hilton employee of 10 years, it’s people like her who truly make a company shine! We also received a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Hallways are always well kept and staff is always kind. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, friendly and safe hotel. Approx 5 minutes from Pearl St., breakfast right across the street and super marker within walking distance! Thank you so much!
