The hotel was very clean and had a welcoming feel to it. The front desk associate (Hannah) was incredible. Her customer service skills were great and she was very accommodating...helping me locate our Bonvoy number. Was super impressed with the associates the morning at the desk and coffee bar too! Keep the good work!

Great hotel situated in the heart of Boulder. Easy walk or drive to anywhere in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities. The large windows in the room offered expansive views of the city and the Rockies beyond. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. The front desk offered a small market with juice, water, hydrating drinks and snacks. Parking was easy and hassle free in their underground garage, and it was easy to transport our luggage from there using the centrally located elevator. There is a restaurant on site which had a smaller menu, but the food was incredible. The seating in the restaurant had a great layout that allowed us to feel like we were the only ones there, even with a handful of other diners present. Oh and the bathroom in the restaurant was the nicest I'd ever been in-individual stalls with their own sink and the lighting was **chef's kiss** lol. There are ample seating areas in the lobby area, conference rooms and even an exclusive lounge for Bonvoy members. There was a nice pool and fitness room on site for your workout needs (though I'd suggest in nice weather hitting the nearby Canyon Creek trail) Each of the floors had a patio with tables and seating for dining outdoors, or just enjoying the view. We stayed on the weekend when I expected it to be busy, but it was surprisingly very quiet and relaxing... We only saw a few other guests on our multiple trips in and out. The prices are reasonable and you truly can't beat the location or the incredible views from the patios and windows in the guest rooms. I recommend considering this hotel for your stay in Boulder.

Great service with attentive & caring staff. Atmosphere is also very good with an inviting lobby layout with a lounge / bar area that is a fantastic balance between hotel lobby and rustic cabin adorned fireplace. The energy is very warm and cozy. Room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and came with the right features & conveniences for us--starting with an accurate, and working AC/Temperature control panel. Will definitely come back.
