I’ve unfortunately needed physical therapy a few times and it remained incredibly overwhelming until I started up at TB12. All of the staff make you feel like your part of the team and welcome you with open arms. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. I would like to give a special shoutout to a young gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure everything went incredibly smoothly and his attitude really gave me comfort in going about physical therapy again. Overall TB12 was as pleasant of an experience as physical therapy could be. 5 Stars
