Debra is friendly and knowledgeable. She was so helpful guiding us through our first home buying experience. We could not be happier in our new home in Whitinsville, MA!! Thank you Debra!!!

Debra was a caring realtor who was very helpful through the whole process. This was our first time selling the home but Debra also helped us purchase this home originally and with both experiences she was the ideal person to have on our side. I would absolutely recommend Debra for buying or selling your home because she focuses on ensuring you get what you want, but also keeps you in check with expectations. Her thorough knowledge with the real estate business allows her to provide very accurate and meaningful advice.

My husband and I worked with Deb for a few years as she helped us through purchasing our first home as well as later selling and purchasing our second, forever home! She's very reliable, understanding, and professional. She is dedicated throughout the entire process, from the beginning making sure she understood what we were looking for, all the way through the closing process and beyond, keeping in touch even after the process was complete. This shows her loyalty and commitment to her clients! She thoroughly explains each step along the way, easing any stress or questions we may have had. Overall very happy working with Deb!

Deb was our realter when we purchased our home, she went above and beyond getting us into the house we found and purchased. I'm sure I drove her nuts with calling her daily but she smiled and answered all our questions and gave us all the answers. I highly recommend her as a realter.

Yes, I see 2021 staying a strong sellers market. There are a number of factors playing into this. to Over simplify 1. New construction has been down over the last decade. 2. People are staying in ther homes longer 3. There are more buyers than sellers. Right now millennialss make up 38% of the buyers andmsot of themare first tiem buyers.
In the current market condtions it is to your advantage to not have to sell your current home to purchase the next one. We realize this is not poossible for a majoirty of buyers. This is why sitting down with an expreienced agent to help you put toghether the best plan for you and clearly explianing your options. We have worked with buyers who who fit into the range of options available.
Such a great question! Here is how we are procedding at our Open houses 1. Upon entry, we are collecting contact information for all attendees should we need to alert that an attendee has tested positive. 2 .Everyone must use hand sanitizer upon entry and wear a face mask for the duration of their time in the home. 3. Lysol wipes are available to use as a barrier to open closets, cabinets, and handrails. 4. Only one party at time are allowed into the property. 5. When possible, have all attendees use a "one-way" system; Entrance through the front door and exit by back or side door to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
