I walked in and remembered the last time I went to this specific sprouts I had a bad experience. Unfortunately it happened again. The folks that work here seem so unhappy and as a result can be rude. Maybe this places needs some team building or they need to get paid more. I just know I won’t be returning to this location. The sprouts in oceanside and Carlsbad both are very relaxing and have a zen vibe. The employees are always helpful and courteous.

Lots of great things. Luved the cashier wit red hair named kate bc she was very kind and a great music taste. [Ps if u see this kate my fav pierce the veil song is "bulls in the bronx" ^-^

Kind of expensive. Similar to Whole Foods. Great quality and selection in produce, and you can do pretty well if you shop the sales. Staff is super friendly and helpful

Update: Per the reply from sprouts, twice now I have already done the online contact form and was never reached out to. This specific Sprouts location is the worst, it’s a headache every time I have to go there. The employees are always nice but unskilled and multiple times now have overcharged my card during check out. The selection of items at this Sprouts (particularly vegan items) is insanely lacking compared to the Sprouts in Vista & Carlsbad. I mean this one seriously has 1/4 of the products I’m able to find at other locations, it’s a bummer that it’s the closest location to me but I’ve started driving further to the other ones to avoid this one. Lastly, the produce at this Sprouts is almost always on the verge of spoiling and molds within 1-2 days of bringing groceries home which I’ve never experienced at other grocery chains.
