I had forgotten all about this alternative grocery store - 20 years later I went in and it still has everything I remember plus even more. The little homemade energy bites *chef kiss* and wonderful selection of natural and organic products both in traditional groceries and personal care!

I have Menieres also, doc said low salt, diuretics, steroids and motion sickness pills. I tried quitting sugar and flour instead. Hard to do but it works wonders on your body. Havent had an attack since. Green Grocer has a great selection of bulk spices which can help replace things like excessive refined salt, MSG and sugar. Good luck hang in there!
