Well run building with friendly staff. Beautiful views and nice amenities. I see that some people complained about thin walls but I have never heard a sound. Very quiet place. 2 month follow up: I still have not heard a sound from other apartments. It seems to be very well sound insulated. I see that some people griped about the neighborhood, but we walk all over to local shops, the amusement area, and the subway. If it is rainy we take the bus which stops diagonally across the street when we are not driving. There is also an express bus that stops across the street. If it gets too late. we take Uber or drive where we want to go.

“Ocean drive “ hahahaha. This ain’t Miami FL but hopefully more construction like this and a supermarket would come soon. huge housing projects around. Robert Moses Build a bunch of housing projects on the beaches in nyc. Prime real estate in Rockaway , Coney Island. That clown had no vision for nyc or he didn’t like the beaches. It’s Crazy how one man can shape the future of a city. Totally killed these two iconic peninsula’s with ugly huge housing projects. Prime real estate in the beach. SMH. Again. No vision. Anyway hopefully more constructions like this come and a very much needed supermarket. And much more police presence.

I went to visit friends and they gave me a tour... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! MULTIPLE AMENITIES, WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE, BEACH & BOARDWALK AS A BACKYARD IS AMAZING!! I don't know what it costs to be a resident there but if you can afford it I'd definitely say you should check it out!! THE PIC OF THE JUMBO CHESS GAME IS THE ONLY ONE I GOT... smh.. Only because I didn't think to pull out my camera til the last min.. smh dam shame.. Right? Lol
