Great gym. Large and has diverse features. I climb out in Utah and the bouldering here beats my local gym.

Friendly staff, not too crowded, and a decent assortment of routes and problems. Not a ton of newer style bouldering holds, but there are some. The routes get changed pretty regularly, but on my most recent trip a significant portion weren't graded yet. The facilities are nice and clean, the training area has most of what you need to get a full workout, but the membership prices are pretty steep, which is the only thing preventing a 5 star rating from me.

Just completed the 3 part lead belay class they offer. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. They take the time to explain in detail proper safety precautions in an easy to understand way to build confidence for the skill.

Yes. You have to remain with them as the belayer. Climbing is not a turn them loose activity.
Yes, the gym has AC.
There is a bouldering wall, where you do not use a harness or ropes. You instead climb shorter problems and land on a mat when you fall. The roped area is for roped climbing only and climbing on those taller walls without a rope will get you thrown out of the gym, in addition to being a very dangerous decision.
$20 total (including gear)

We have had very young children climb, it’s not so much a matter of age, but size for the harness to properly fit. As a reference, we have had children just able to walk, climb with us. Feel free to give us a call during business hours to discuss further with any questions!
No. Just be prepared when you get there to have to fill out some paperwork and take a small safety class. Also a heads up, the location is not visible from the road so keep an eye out for thier sign on the road. Be safe, and have fun
