My wife and I decided to see a concert at the arena. We tried to buy Pizza but they did not have pizza, even though it was on the menu. We decided to buy four hot dogs, two large drinks, two chips and a candy bar... That came to $48.00. What!? Both candy bars were melted and and we could barely get them unwrapped and the hot dog buns were very dry and hard, not good at all. I went up to the upper concession stand and they had chicken tenders with potato wedges for $10, we decided to try that instead. We quickly discovered they were no better, they had been in the warmer way too long and they were soggy... If this business wants to sell food they should let a private company take over. The food is terrible and way overpriced... The concert was awesome but the food is terrible! Trust me, eat before you come here for an event because they are not serious about good food and good service. I'm surprised people don't get food poisoning. We will never eat here again and may stop going all together.

It was very nice. Employees were friendly. We were also here for a wrestling tournament. Seating was a little tight as was the leg room in the arena. Overall a good experience

Its a nice casino & hotel combo lots of parking. Great staff all very friendly. The event spaces are very nice and the onsite restaurants have food from a variety of price points to accommodate your budget. Game play varies depending upon your choice table games are very popular and are seen as the better choice by some to play whereas slot play has more varied results depending upon the amount of money you choose to spend. Slot machines available range from penny slot all the way to the high roller room where if you have the money to play the rewards can be amazing for those willing to take the risk. However the best advice is go & expect to have fun don't go with the expectation to win but if you do then awesome 😉

No there isnt. It's a big casino. But nothing like Ks City Casinos.. It does have nice hotel and plenty of restaurants with live band at times or other events
You can or u can go around an get to the even center from the hotel enterance or even the arena entrance. Just follow the frontage road
To access the casino floor yes. If I remember correctly Each events has its own age limit. I took the kids to see the circus there and it was Ll all ages in the arena.
