Honestly, the only way it could have gone any better is if I hadn't had to have gone to court at all. The people were pleasant and helpful, the whole process was a little lengthy and waiting for the "prisoners" to be dealt with first was a bit of a time killer but all in all, relatively painless and I really can't imagine how the whole process could have been any better run.

Office staff have no name badges. Never sure who is in their office or 'out of the office during business hours' Always given the run around, no professionalism, need to improve how they interact with customers and residents
