Once they realize you no longer care about the stuff in the unit they try and bully you into telling you it's YOUR responsibility to move the stuff out even after you tell them to cut the lock and auction the stuff. But why wouldn't they? They're losing money and taking a gamble on whatever's in the unit. Legally the account SHOULD'VE been settled the moment I made the phone call and told them to auction whatever was in the unit. The resolution in my case was months after the fact-they cut the lock (they previously stated was my responsibility to get my account current and remove the stuff) and auctioned the stuff. (It wasn't mine, just in my name.) Harassment and bullying tactics are not good, ethical business practices. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Edit: No method of reaching out was given.

Today was the fourth time I wasn't able to get into my storage because the gate code wasn't working.I've havent had this issue with my storage lockers in Florida.I have 4 lockers at Blue and spending over $700 during my move. Call the number At the gate And it rang for three or four minutes and nobody answered.Went to the manager's office and I was told there's an issue due to the storm. Always a different excuse..
