Had 11 Replacement windows put in our house 04/12/2022 The 3 workers were super, BUT the windows did not pass city building inspection 06/22/2022. some windows won't close or lock/and screws pulling out of window frame latch, And a few (3) torn window screens were put in. Called them and they told us they would come out to look/fix all problems,we are just getting the Run a Round now from them, Still won't pass city inspection.. Not happy with this company. DAVE from nescor told us all 11 NEW windows need new slides and he would put them in. WE Still have no word from them. 07/06/2022 Had 5 people come and look at the windows to see what's wrong, Have been told "we're working on fixing them" And no one has come out to do it. 7/9/22 received phone call someone will come out today to look at problems with windows again. WELL they came out and they could not fix the 3 windows. They had no parts with them, so another day wasted. 7/11/22, the window has over a 1/4" gap one side to the other. Still not fixed, can't believe that they waste so much time and gas from Springfield to Connecticut just to look 6 times now. We need a new window put in,its a bad window they put in. SO far 8 people have come out to look at Bad windows. 7/13/22 Talked to RAY told me he will look into the Bad windows and call us back. No call. 7/14/22 was told this time by RUBIN another person will come out and look at Bad window. 7/23/22 no repairs have been done. No one came out. LIE after LIE 7/25/22 Dave Came out again today, window Still has 1/4" gap side to side, NEED A NEW WINDOW!!! This is getting so unreal now. 7/25/22 Rubin told us that he will order a new window. We'll see what happens now. 8/3/22 waiting to see when we get the new window RUBIN told us he would replace the Bad one. 8/19/22 Nothing yet, still waiting 9/06/22 Dave Came out Again to replace bad window, He did not have the window with him. IT seems they have no clue what they are doing, We were told They will come out again to replace the bad windows they installed. Have contacted the B.B.B about them now. 9/8/22 NOW we're told they will order 7 new (just frame) and use old glass to replace the bad ones they put in.
