We attempted to deliver food here...Was extremely hot out...The lady was on the 10th food & was trying to remember her apartment number...Instead of receiving a little help to get this lady her food...We were screamed @ by a female resident...She said that we could not temporarily park in the front in order to deliver the women's food...We would have to park @ the end of street...Walk up & then back down...As I said it was extremely hot out & we were only trying to do our jobs & deliver food...🤯

For every time that I've came here to pick up my children from their grandmother's apartment I always had an elderly lady give me trouble for stopping at the turnabout to wait for a couple of minutes till my children come out. I always tell her that they're coming down and I'll be leaving right away I understand to not block it for emergency purposes but there is no need to be rude about it on top of I'm sitting in my car with the car on waiting and I will be out as soon as my children come down. If there was an emergency vehicle flashing its lights coming up there or a vehicle that's coming in I always move out the way but she will always have a discussion with me and I've kindly told her to leave me alone and to mind her own business. So I give one star because of all the experiences I had coming there I hate stopping here to pick them up but I have no choice.

To Richard, who left a negative review because they don't want him blocking the entrance, you can't park your car at the flag ten feet away instead of blocking the entrance every single time you go there? Your kids are being raised by an entitled person, their future is not bright.

Lots of older singles like all places some people are great some aren't its what you make it
From the seniors I have talked to they are included in the rent. I am not sure about WiFi but cable and lights,heat is included in the rent. Hope this helps

No just ask the lady in the office to make sure nobody is around front door while your moving in and she should do it for you good luck to you be careful who you talk to and hang with.theres one lady there that hugs every man that comes through the door.just thought I'd warn you
Yes they allow regular dogs to I believe there's a deposit for a regular dog though
Yes but if it's a service dog they can't denie it but be careful cause if it's a service dog there's certain people that live there that will harrass u if it's a service dog and the manager won't do anything about it that's why I just moved from there along with other reasons
