Yes they are very helpful and friendly & they will work with you too.they are so amazing & very good with any animal.especieally with my service dog little mama who sometimes gets skidish around new people they have been very helpful on telling me how to work with her to get her where she won't be skidish of new people and there recommendations worked to i would recommend them to anyone they are amazing and u derstanding

Last year my pregnant goat had a serious prolapse. I called Palmer's, even though we were not established patients. It was after hours and I was able to take her right in. Dr. Karen met us at the door and took care of Holly. Since then we have been there a couple more times. Great practice, really good people.

Was under the impression Palmer's has special days where they'll travel to help with sending your sweet animal peacefully into the next world. Please try contacting them directly by phone!

I think certain procedures or tests cost certain amounts of money. Not much room for haggling there, but from what i have seen the vets and vet techs at Palmer really just want to help your animals! Im sure they will work with you any way they can.

We can email or fax records anywhere you would like , you can also come by the office at anytime to pick up a hard copy of your files.
