We went to HitchRV. to look at the camper’s. After we had went to other camper dealers. Our mail lady Robin had told us about HitchRV that’s where she has bought her camper’s. When we got there we were welcomed like if they had known us for years. That meant a lot to us, you feel that warmth feeling. Our sale’s man was Mr. Ken Tuohey, he greeted us with smiles and was very polite, kind and I can keep on saying nice word to say how great of a person he is. I will let you experience it for yourself. He showed us the camper’s, that day was a very HOT 🥵 day and we seen lots of camper’s. Mr. Ken was so patient the whole time he was with a smile 😊. We asked him like thousand’s of questions, because this was our first camper ever so we knew nothing about them. We seen one we liked and we came back a couple of times to look at it. The day we were going to do the paperwork we wanted to look at more camper’s we were undecided. I know I drove Mr. Ken crazy with all the questions of solar panels and batteries and how everything would work in the camper. But with all of that he was very pleasant about everything. I think he is having solar panel nightmares 😂🤣. So we finally decided on a camper. We went back a couple more times to look at it, and ask questions about it, Mr. Ken got Ben to answer all the questions we had, we wanted to to see the camper on and Ben did that for us. Ben is very knowledgeable about the camper. He was very polite also. Then Mrs. Christa called us to let us know that the day we were coming in to pick up the camper it was going to be very HOT, 🥵 so she wanted to let us know we could come in earlier if we wanted too. She is looking out for her customers and her employees. That is very kind, caring and thoughtful of her. So the day before we were going to pick it up we decided to play a prank on Mr. Ken. 😂🤣.. because I had drove him crazy we knew he would fall for it. 😂. We told him we wanted another camper and we wanted all the solar panels transferred to a new camper. BOY!!! you had to see his face it was priceless 😂🤣😂. The day that we came to pick up the camper Ryan is the young man that walked us through and explained everything to us. Ryan is also every knowledgeable on everything he was very patient with us, with all the questions we were asking him. Just like I had said we are new to the camper owner world. We know nothing about them, and the people from HitchRV were patient, caring, and understanding with us. Their prices are phenomenon, their price are cheaper than other places, we looked at. We are very pleased with them. If you have not ever had a RV/camper and are looking for one or if you have had one and are looking for one I can say this, go here you will not be disappointed. You will leave with a smile on your face and a new camper. Experience the wonderful customer service that we did.

I really liked the sales man but the rest of the staff seamed untrustworthy and ended up leaving without buying anything. I went to optimum RV in Pottstown Pa and was extremely impressed with the sales and service I received. It's so worth the drive. I did end up buying a 36 foot Salem travel trailer and saved $6500. Over the one I was looking at, at Hitch. I would read through the reviews for both places before making a purchase.

Purchased a new Trailer in the late summer of 2020, for my family to use in the fall, spring and summer. Before delivery we noticed some items we wanted addressed before delivery. Not all items were addressed and warranty claims were made. After closing up in the fall of '20, we opened it back up in the spring of '21. Everything worked fine, except our oven which was not turning on. Made a call to service thinking this would be an easy walk through or fix. They deemed they would need to see it in person. During this trip they were also going to address the warranty claims for our awning and paneling. However, the needed to charge me $150 to verify the oven was a warranty issue. The day comes to fix our issues in early May of '21. I called afterwards to see what the oven issue was and if the other items were fixed. They had ordered the wrong parts for the initial warranty claims and were unable to fix those and said the oven would need to be replaced with another warranty. Fast forward 360ish days later, we still do not have a working oven or items fixed that were to be fixed before delivery. During the course of that year every time I would call I would get a different story on what was going on. Now I do not even get callbacks. Do yourself a favor go to another dealer, this place is a shame and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.

I bought my 45 foot Forest River just over one year ago. Be aware this company is all around no good.. Starting from the sales person all the way to their mechanics . Their service is horrible their callbacks never happened. I still have no owning that I was promised it was supposed to be replaced . Two lights on my trailer still don’t work for receptacles still don’t work for USB plugs still don’t work I could probably go on for hours everything started happening about a week after I purchased .. I contacted them numerous times dropped it off twice nothing was repaired…. As a matter of fact they actually scratched my trailer and told me they would replace the sticker on it this was eight months ago.. Buy your trailer for more money anywhere but at this place!!!!!!
