Stopped in for a trial workout, could not finish my workout since it was freezing cold inside, 58 degrees in the warmest room in the building, other rooms were at least 10 degrees colder. In talking with another member it seems this is the normal for this place as the owner is cheap and refuses to turn the heat on in winter and summer they have no AC. Hard pass on this place, no thanks!

OMG this place is sooooo dirty! They even have live raccoons falling thru the ceiling tile and running loose inside the gym while members are inside. Dept of Health needs to shut this place down.FIRST, LET ME SAY THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A MEMBER BY "YOUR" NAME; THAT SAID, YOU EITHER ARE NOT A MEMBER AT THIS FACILITY OR YOU ARE HIDING BEHIND A FICTITIOUS NAME/ACCOUNT. SECOND, YOUR COMMENT THAT "THIS PLACE IS SOOOOOO DIRTY," IS FALSE AND MISLEADING SINCE STAFF IS CLEANING THE FACILITY DAILY THROUGHOUT OPERATING HOURS. AS SUCH, YOUR COMMENT COULD BE CONSIDERED SLANDER WHICH ACTUALLY MAY EXPOSE YOU TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. THIRD, REGARDING THE RACCOON, PLEASE NOTE THAT, SINCE THE BUILDING IS SURROUNDED BY WOODS, IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR CERTAIN ANIMALS TO SEEK SHELTER INSIDE OF BUILDINGS DURING THE COLD SEASON. MOREOVER, FOLLOWING THE LOSS OF WILDLIFE HABITAT DUE TO THE CLEARING OF A LARGE WOODED AREA ON ROUTE 73 DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM STC, WILDLIFE IN THE AREA SURROUNDING STC HAS INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY, THUS INCREASING THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ANIMAL SEEKING SHELTER IN THE BUILDING. NEEDLESS TO SAY YOU FAILED TO MENTION THAT STAFF IMMEDIATELY TOOK ACTION TO REMOVE THE ANIMAL AND FURTHER THAT, (A) THE ANIMAL DID NOT DISPLAY ANY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR, AND (B) NO MEMBER WAS HARMED OR EVEN IN DANGER OF BEING HARMED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IF YOU FEEL THAT STC DOES NOT MEET YOUR STANDARDS OF "CLEAN," WE INVITE YOU TO STOP AT THE FRONT DESK (RATHER THAN HIDING BEHIND A FICTITIOUS NAME/FAKE ACCOUNT) AND WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
