Rocco's in Berlin NJ went above and beyond for me when supply chain caused things to go a little sideways with my repair. Steve, the GM, Robin and Larry made some really big moves after closing hours to keep me on the road with a rental car and it's that kind of accommodation and care that really made the difference. 10/10.

I never write reviews and I never complain but this has just become too much. Worst place ever!!! Had my car for 3.5 months after an accident, got it back filthy inside and out. Body panels are not on right, headlights are not in correctly, it is missing small pieces of trim that were there before. One of the battery cabels was not tight enough and came off. And now months later trying to take my wheels off they stripped out the lugs so bad it snapped the studs trying to get them off. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! This was at the Berlin NJ location can not speak to other locations.
