My wife and I have been using Jena Medical for a few years now and we’ve never had a problem. It’s always been a positive environment and the staff is always friendly. We just love it there! Plus the doctors are amazing and straight forward not looking for an excuse to pump out medications.

I called because the dentist office next door wasn't showing up on the map and I'd forgotten the name. I'm a client there as well. The front desk lady was so rude in her tone, for no reason. I was shocked. She spoke to me like I was stupid and claimed no dentist existed. When I asked if someone else in the office could help me she said "No they can't, and they're all at lunch anyway." I figured the dentist maybe moved, but no they're still there. All that nasty attitude for no reason, when it was her own lack of knowledge. Weird she doesn't know what's next door to her.

I moved from Altamonte to Debary as we bought a house in Debary. I had to change Doctors. I picked Jena because it was close and they said they could transfer my records from my previous Doctor to them. Well, they never did. I ran out of medication expecting them to refill but apparently they don't refill this type of meds. I've been taking for over 20 years. Ok...this Doctor told me to go back to my old doctor 😮He was rude and made me feel less than human. Before I left he told me he would go ahead and refill the meds for 30 days until I could get back to my previous doctor,, they never did it. I mean I wasted 100 bucks going to this doctor to be treated badly I will never go back. Overpriced and rude

Dr marino is an excellent dr l like jena very much they are very nice very friendly im so glad that i went to that clinic i found out that i have problems with my vein in my legs and dr marino is helping me he is a gentle person and he love Jesus i like that of him
