I moved into a new construction home and called WCA to deliver my trash cans on 5/21. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. It’s now 7/8 and I STILL do not have trash cans. I have made repeated calls , every time I’m told I will have trash cans by the end of the day which never happens. They refuse to connect me to a supervisor , I’m at a total loss on what to do.

I understand why the people who work are work here now lol very slow and not their in the head. Simple task can’t be done … bunch of weird people who don’t even do the job right trash

I was forced to use WCA by the City of Casselberry and I used them on our commercial projects as well. I also asked our subcontractors to use WCA. The service is non existence. They have been removed from our projects and will speak to the City to have them removed ASAP
Call n & let them know it's broken & bears etc. Getting n it & it's causing more animals to come around
How do get a new recycle bin? Mine is in pieces after someone ran over it. City of DeLand says to contact WCA, WCA says to contact city. Who's in charge? Help?!

Horrid horrid service! Dont pickup half the time, leave my trash can in either the middle of the road or middle of the driveway, and hit the brakes and gas so hard, the dig huge ruts in our private road!

No. Everything moves over one day. So if your normal pick up is today then it goes tomorrow and if is Friday it goes Saturday.

Wat day it's usually picked up if it was Tuesday it will get picked up Friday
My normal pick up is Tuesday will trash pick up as usual or a day later due to presidents day today ?
