I went in for unemployment but I got stopped at the door and was confronted by the security guard as well as a woman that came out she seemed very impatient and had quite an attitude because I didn't know exactly what I had to do to finish my unemployment, the lady that came out to give me my appointment card was very VERY rude very short with me and also had attitude.

This is so true , about the Spanish lady at the front desk . That been very rude to most black people come in their . She's been right in the chair for 15 years . I went there in 2008 . Never sent back. Daytona helps ever one. Blacks go to Daytona except Deltona , most don't know better

My grandma stayed on the phone call all day! One person answered, but sounded like a robot and said to call a diffrent number. The other person from the other number hung up on her! And we are still wait. She went onto the website and now she has to start from the very beginning. We started this call at 11:00 am till 3:17, still waiting
