Very friendly staff clean store free of any pet smell, big plus for a person that works in a kennel for a living. When my poodle needs a bath on my days off this is the place I go. The self-service bath station is very nice. The store manager and staff checked on me several times, it takes a while to get a poodle dry.

Large selection, some stuff is overpriced, but they have a lot of different dog foods.

Yes, there is a self serve dog wash that is only $10 a wash. Shampoos and towels are provided along with heated air dryers and other amenities. If your a member of the V.I.P. program every seventh wash is free.
