I went in for laser hair removal and had a fantastic experience. I'm not done with my set of treatments yet, but four sessions in and I'm thrilled with the results I've gotten. I was very insecure about the amount of thick, coarse facial hair I had on my face, but after four sessions it's mostly gone and I have no doubt it will be gone by the time my treatment ends. The staff has always treated me with respect and shown me nothing but professionalism. I don't look forward to being in pain from the laser (although it has gone down significantly), but I know I'm in good hands when I come here and I'm so glad I chose this place.

Jaqueline is literally the sweetest! She explains everything so well and does not give you false promises. She’s very straightforward and that’s what I want as a customer. Definitely recommend their hair removal laser!!

I want to make this as informative and as "short and sweet" (but it won't be LOL) as possibly to sum up my personal experience as well as my thoughts on some of these other very negative comments. Disclaimer/Conflict of Interest: I have not/do not work for this office but over the years I've gotten to know the wonderful, honest, good-hearted family and people that own and run this business and those that work here (Dr. Biehl and his wife Jaqueline also make sure to hire hard-working, wonderful staff that are kind and with high integrity). My History & Experience: I discovered this clinic through Groupon (it seems as many of the negative commentators have) somewhere around 2016 I believe? I've had botox, facials (peels/micro-needling ect.), filler and purchased and tried many of the facial products. Environment & Procedures: I've worked in the medical field for over a decade now and so there's things you learn over the years and what to look for in best practices with whether a facility/staff is good or if you should turn and run. They have well-behaved, freaking adorable "office dog(s)," that will visit sometimes and the environment is more laid-back, but despite that, they have a very clean office/clinic, friendly & professional staff, and clean procedures and standards that they go by. Most people adore and enjoy the tiny puppies presence and loving nature. Hence, why hospitals and other medical facilities have programs to bring animals in to visit patients, because evidence is overwhelming with how it lifts a persons spirits and improves healing time! Procedures, Waivers, and Taking Chances: Any time any of us go in for ANY procedure (whether removing a kidney stone, having a baby, even just getting our blood drawn) we sign what's called a liability waiver, because in any procedure we CHOOSE to have (or sadly sometimes people are gravely ill and/or don't have a choice) we are taking the chance of a VERY small possibility of something going wrong. Point being, is every time WE make the choice to have a procedure done, we take the chance of something happening. Just like getting into your car and driving every day. I am fully aware and know that any time I go to have botox, I risk the chance of half my face getting paralyzed for a short amount of time. But the possibility is EXTREMELY small. And if it happened, I would never blame Dr. Beuhl and the team because it isn't their fault. Life just happens sometimes. Lumpy Filler and Spocks Eyebrows: There were some pretty intense comments made about being "disfigured" and primarily comments on "angry Spock eyebrows," or "lumps from fillers," or uneven filler. I think these comments come from two primary places; Just lack of knowledge/experience and also dealing with "body-dysmorphia." The filler is like artwork. Sometimes it takes a couple of visits to get it just right, because the filler is a gel consistency and Dr. Beuhl smooths it out as best as he can while he's working with the swelling and inflammation from just injecting the patient. The patient also has the ability to work on smoothing it out as well and working those lumps out. It's very normal and part of the process. Same with the botox injections, there's a very small probability your body won't respond the way the majority do and sometimes it just takes fine-tuning as you get to know your body and how it responds. The biggest thing is all it takes is some open communication with Dr. Biehl and talking about scheduling another appointment to adjust and work together on getting it right! He's completely onboard and understanding of that! He will listen to you if you tell him how you responded last time and what you're looking to get accomplished! Overall, these people are professional, honest, loving, and genuinely care about people. I've seen it time and time again with how they check in with me about how something is going in my life from the last time I've seen them and talked to them. And they genuinely care about people being happy with results. They are stuck with me!
