My children have been using Plattsburgh pediatrics since my daughter was born in 2009. We always have the best experience here, from the wonderful administrative staff to the doctors we always get the best care. My children's doctor is friendly and personable with them and I think that definitely makes the visit much more warming. The nurses are wonderful it's just an all around great environment! Keep doing amazing things Plattsburgh Pediactrics you guys rock!

When we chose a pediatrician (14 years ago), Plattsburgh Pediatrics was our top choice. One reason was that when I asked what their office hours were, they said ‘we are here until the patients that need to be seen are’. True to their word, they have waited for me to come from Moriah with a sick kid on Saturday afternoon. They answer the phone promptly and I get right to a nurse when needed. I have always gotten same day sick visits without a problem. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant, even in tough times. We were heartbroken when Dr Knutson left, but stayed with the group and have never been disappointed. (Mom of 3 - ages 7,10 and 14) .
