Customer service is not good. They outsource the call center! I will never go back there again! Terrible service!!!! You can not even get a copy of your Childs medical record! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

380.00 charge for a Telehealth call and they didn’t do a thing. Also office in NY OFFICE is very rude and unhelpful- will never use again - oh and the telehealth charge was excessive to cover the cash only patients - and they won’t let me pay the balance !

PM Pediatrics is an amazing resource for this community, particularly for the inevitable late night/weekend needs. Entire staff is well versed in all things kids and gives amazing, compassionate care. Each provider (and we have seen them all) are AMAZING and use the latest evidence for all they do. Just an impressive operation. My kids love coming here. Bonus that they take TriCare!

They do! We were seen right away, & out the door in less than 30 minutes.
