This is long and updated: This place has gone downhill. I've been here for 2 years and never had an issue until Eric took over. Brittany was wonderful, she helped up with everything we needed. Erica was prompt and made sure if you had any issue, she would handle it or knew when it would be fix. Eric is clueless. He leaves early all the time and closes the office. You report neighbors who are outside at midnight having fights in the parking lot and he does nothing. Yes I approached these people 4 times and they didn't stop. Its an every weekend event and Eric doesn't care. I moved here cause it was pet friendly but i knew at the time i could not handle a dog. I wanted to be responsible and make sure no matter what happened i could afford a dog. 3 weeks ago I found a dog from ACC I wanted, called like i was supposed to and Eric said no. He said he made the property a "no dogs allowed", only people who had dogs before him are allowed to keep their animals. If i would have known i would have not signed a new lease. But now I'm stuck for another 6 months.

It’s been getting better here at Calais , with Erica as the manager and the new staff on the office they show they care about the buildings. As soon as I call Erica the manager about anything the next 5 minutes she will come by to check and make sure everything was done. They really do care , there is things out of the landlord control but Erica make us feel like she really cares and if she can do it all I bet she would I love Calais so far Thank you

Nice experience setting up all the application from out of state. Brittney helped us work thru completing it and was ready for our arrival. She was promoted , probably due to her awesome customer service, and Melissa took her position, she is a top tier onsite property manager. Melissa does the manager walk like a pro, as we cruised to the show apt we decided on a different complex within the the Weidner umbrella of properties.
