I recently had an appointment, and after sitting in the car (you are not allowed in the building unless they invite you in) for over 30 minutes in 20 degree weather, I decided that was enough. I followed all the protocols they required and still did not get in for a haircut. If you enjoy freezing in your car and spending time out of your day and not getting anything out of it, then give it a try.

The new owner is terrible. He asks rediculous things from his stylists, had a ludicrous dress code requiring heals for all stylists, despite the fact that they are on their feet for hours on end. The vibe is snotty and high end, perfect for South side, however the atmosphere is not friendly. Would not recommend
