I had a very great experience today. The ladies in the office are very nice. I am a patient of Dr. Vawter for many years but it was the first time my daughter and I came to her new office. Dr. Vawter went above and beyond to help my daughter with her first time trying contacts. Dr. Vawter is very caring to her patients. I appreciate her and the time she took to make sure my daughter was happy with the contacts. I look forward to my appointment and to see Dr. Vawter. Thank you again Dr. Vawter and all the ladies at 2020 Family Vision Care.

I'm giving this review three stars because I enjoyed my previous experience with this place and their doctors. The reason the review is low is because yesterday I had an appointment (or so I thought) and arrived early to find that they were closed. I called and found out they were closed due to multiple employees contracting Covid, which is totally understandable... What's not okay is I was told that every appointment for that day was notified of the closing to which I replied, "No, I wasn't." I proceeded to find out that I never even had an appointment at all... This is after I had emailed and called leaving a voicemail only for them to never get back to me leaving me to have to call again several days later to speak with someone who then "booked" my appointment. Extremely frustrating to waste my time... I understand that things happen but the series of events just leads me to believe that they're fairly unorganized.
