David from Stevens Creek BMW is the best! I was there to buy my first used car. Since I never owned a car, I never had an auto-insurance. Some dealers would not let you test drive their car if you have not owned a car before. However, dealers have their own insurance and thus this dealer allowed me to test drive the car I was planning to buy. David answered all my questions, and even detailed my car. And while my car was in the dealer, they provided me another BMW as a loaner to help me get around and do my job. I had a great experience at the dealer :) Thanks to David.

This is by far the best dealership I had to deal with! The entire team was so professional and kind !!!! I never had such excellent customer service at the dealership, period! Huge thanks to the most experienced sales representative Johnny ( he is a fantastic guy ) he made the entire process extremely easy and fast, he keeps his word which is super rear nowadays! GM is also the coolest guy I had the pleasure of doing business with; he helped me to get approval for my M8. Drove here from Los Angeles, and it was so worth it; trust me on this! Took my car in for an oil change and got up sold for 7300 worth of service on my Z4 including replacement of the entire convertible top because the clip wouldn't allow the existing top to stay down, To my shock and amazement, the break lights and headlights were never replaced even though they said they would do that and when I finally managed to have a day where I wasn't so busy working and thought I could put my top down my new top still does not open and stay down correctly. I called and wrote my service advisor numerous emails about this and never got any response from her. You guys lost a customer

Some employees intentionally block the charging station despite I bought and serviced my BMW i3 at this dealership Updates: the dealership finally put up signs indicating the chargers are for internal usage. Way more civilized than blocking cars. World class customer service 😏
