It appears with the video i have see on this company has a driver that might not understand the law and also thinks its ok to get up in a persons face. Maybe some retraining is required.

Called AAA at 6pm. Called the office to see how long so I could get a ride to the store and back so I didn’t thirst to death man who answered the phone said it would be about 2 hours. Ok. The app said he’d arrive at 841. Said he was 10 min away then 4 then 1. Then 930 comes and AAA says he’s coming from plant city 45 minutes away. You can just leave and they’ll pick up since it’s so late asked them to call me when he arrived at the car so I could be awake when he arrived at my house. Called AAA 1045 since no call from Raphael’s the entire time. They say he arrived and should give me a call and they sent him a text to call. LIARS 11:11 he shows up at my house no call said he was trying to get home and was in Tampa when he got my call not sure if they treat AAA calls as less important or not or if their service is this poor for everyone
