Yesterday afternoon I went to notarize a document and the person in charge of this document could not do it because he did not know Spanish and although the teller knew Spanish no one was willing, very unfortunate because although I speak English where is the preparation to be able to help people of speak Spanish.

Cashiers are actually very nice. I had a bad experience with the woman who helps opening services and such. Won’t come to this location again unless they add more Latinos representatives. Literally felt like I was bothering them. She told Me I couldn’t open an account with them anymore but called Suncoast myself and said I could once I payed off the money I owed. I wanted to provide my business with them but will drive to another branch if I have to not deal with her smudgy attitude.
