I love going inside than speaking with customer service cause when I call the call center people are very rude so going in person is way better

The branch people were nice, however, though I’ve had an account with suncoast for quite some time I needed to open an estate account for my deceased husband and because when he passed he wasn’t with there bank they won’t allow it. After I was told I’m the phone all that matters is that I bank with them.
