I gave them two stars because of the design of some of the homes. Other than that, the quality of the timber creek community is atrocious. The salespeople at the community know all about the build quality issues. “Lipstick on a pig” is the phrase that I frequently use when describing the timber Creek community. Lennar is no longer a quality builder.

Love the design of the house but here are a few pictures of the quality of work of the home and the problems we have been dealing since closing 10 months ago. The problems we have been dealing with are Mold, drywall, yard was flooded and torn out and resodded and we still have the same issue, stain on carpet, shower floor redone, foundation issue, ect. Some of these issue were addressed during the walk through and still not fix. It has been a total nightmare that we can’t even enjoy our home. Friends have told us we have a “brand new ghetto home”. If you would like to see more pictures , I will be happy to share.
