Store is a mess similar to what you may find in a WMart. Absolutely no selection of slides or soccer cleats in store. Very few sizes available. The cleats are in the front of the store, but then to get other sizes you need to go to the very back of the store by the shoe department. Sandals and slides are in the back and in the front of the store, but they are in complete disarray. The associates working there could care less and even if they did care, would lack the knowledge and/or ability to perform the task for which they were hired to do. I do not recommend this location and I do not recommend the other Fort Myers Estero location either. I have not tried other stores and based on these two stores I have tried, I do not plan to.

My interaction was for an online order. I bought a set of golf clubs. When they arrived, the 3 wood had been damaged. Understandable, shipping accidents happen. Customer service promptly set me a new set with a FedEx label to return the others. I wish all my customer service interactions were this smooth. That's how you build customer loyalty and have long term success. All 3 reps were great.
