Back in June, we had the hurricane shutters installed on our lanai. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian is on its way. We were informed by a neighbor that we didn't have the braces we need to hold the shutter down during strong winds. Neither did another neighbor. I was told I could go to their parts store & pick them up for both of us. When I got there, I was informed that these braces need to be installed, we cant just put them in. Of course they were super busy today because of the impending storm & they couldn't help me out. I left a bit upset because I've never been through a hurricane before. As I left the store (almost crying) This girl came out & told me she's an installer and would come out to my house to install them today. I couldn't believe it! Her name is Jenna Swift. She is an angel who came to our rescue! She showed up within an hour & installed the braces & also installed my neighbor's braces! She is so kind, professional & compassionate. I hope Storm Smart is aware of what a wonderful installer they have in Jenna. She is definitely a gem!

The dude that runs storm smart, aka bob. He’s got an ego alright. He won’t even make eye contact with you, unless your as “good” as he is. Dudes a straight joke. Stay far away from this place, the guys that work here can’t even use a file properly. Lol you’ve been warned.
