A year ago we had our shed enlarged and lattes added to our car port. At the time we were happy with the installation, unfortunately, because the lattes wasn't installed properly when the weather changed it cracked. After three messages left with no response, as well as a message left with a service rep who came out to do a quote. It seems that once it is installed, that is it. I understand being shorthanded, but we first called in September, 2021 about this issue with no response at all.
