Friendly community. Love walking the neighborhood. Strict gate, if your not on the list you are not getting in. Easy app to add your guests. Don't park on the grass, or on the street overnight, don't leave your garbage cans out.. there are steep fines. Love the huge condo, very large rooms, and beautiful lake views. Decent size secured pool, with clean restrooms.

Friendly, quite and safe community, located within a short drive (10-20 mins) to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Spring training for Boston Red Sox, and Minnesota Twins!

Not true in my eyes. Some of the people in the community have nothing better to do than to pick on thing's because they are board but that is something that happens everywhere. I
They are THE worst! They hate kids there because it used to be a 55+ community! Lots of old people with nothing else to do but spying on the neighbors and write them up. I would not recommend this community if you are under 70!
Unfortunately we do not have a guesthouse. When we purchased here, we stayed at Sanibel and had made appointments with a realtor to see homes.
No public grills.
