A short trail with a 200 ft climb that is not easy to navigate for the final 50 yards. However once you are there the view is spectacular.

A nice family hike with great views of Lake Tahoe. The volcanic rocks are relatively easy to navigate, but be careful of the dusty tails. It's easy to slip and sprain an ankle if you're not careful.

It's a tough hike up if you're not used to the altitude. It took around 30 minutes to get to the top with a few stopping breaks. You won't be able to hike this trail with ankle, lower leg, or balancing issues. There are sections of stepping around/over rocks. The views are impressive and it's well worth the effort. This was one of our favorite locations outside of Emerald Bay.

Seen them up there. May be little rough at the top for some because it's pretty jagged rocks but they figure it out on their own.
Kind of narrow in some spots, not too difficult but can be a little slick so wear good boots/shoes!
Yes, most likely muddy in spots. Where good boots and take your time. Enjoy!
There is a small parking area right of the road. Im guessing 10-15 cars can fit before it was full.
