The service started out great. Until my daughter's body started to ache due to 2nd covid vaccine a few days before. She couldn't continue with snowboard lessons and only had the boots and helmet rentals for less than hour. My 3 teen sons were taken lessons and got 3 bundle rentals for snowboarding. They didn't want to transfer her helmet and boots rentals towards the boys' 2nd day rental fees. So upsetting and disappointed.

Walked in to this store and they said they decided they won't be renting gear for the rest of the day and for the day after with plenty of gear on their rack. They said they had too many returns to process new rentals and to try the next morning to see if they felt like renting their gear. This place is a joke. If you are a rental place then rent out your gear. Don't rely on this place for your rentals since they only rent when they feel like doing it. Go to Tahoe Dave's. Way better customer service and very friendly and fast.

We had a warm and friendly welcome here and rented paddle boards for half a day. Would definitely recommend! We were so impressed we went to another branch further up the lake the following day to rent kayaks.
