New Hyde Park Shopping Mall

I went to the Shop Rite in the New Hyde Shopping Center three days ago. The Shop Rite is well laid out , the store tends to have many deals and digital coupon deals. I was able to vet some staples such as various Cereals for good price points. There fruits vegetables are very clean and fresh. They have nice baked goods. I love the Onion Rolls from their bakery, the pies are fresh various types (Coconut Custard Pies) Apple , Blueberry have been good tasting. The Can Can sales are great to stock up for months with canned Vegetables. I must say that the vast majority of the associates have been very helpful. I asked where things were and they either tell me clearly where things were or they would walk me to the products or retrieve them from the Warehouse. I have been pleasantly surprised.by the work ethic being shown.

I like going here late, not very many grocery stores open 24 hours. Usually stocked & clean. Wished their seafood counter stayed open a bit later!

Early morning shopping bliss! ( ~ 2 AM) as long as you don't mind maneuvering around vendors as they restock the shelves. You also have to make do withhout deli and counter services or customer assistance. A fantastic compromise for shopping without crowds and long checkout lines.

My Daughter and I go here every month to go Food Shopping!! There open 24 hours, Prices are GREAT, Stores well organized and clean with a LARGE selection, and Staff is always nice..
