This is an awesome gym! I don’t know why people said this gym is money hungry or dirty? Whenever I come here the guy and lady are always cleaning everything non stop. The prices are awesome and the trainers are great. Thanks!

Terrible gym. My issue is with the staff. The music is too loud and The coach is not professional, Unpleasant atmosphere.. Indoor air smells bad. Ask the service staff how to use the mobile phone to book a class without answering. answer me with a smile Said (you don’t need use phone book a class. Just need come early and use here’s computer book class next time ). It's over after paying a particularly expensive membership fee。The coach was late。The front door is always the same。the foam mat is always dirty Lee

Unfortunately the hassles I've faced with this gym have caused me to rescind my once stellar review. When I re signed up here a little over a month ago I paid for my first and last month up front. Due to difficulty getting here it wouldn't be until 3 weeks into my membership that I was able to make it in for my first workout since signing up over the phone. Realizing it'd be unlikely I'd be able to come here often enough to be worth paying I first called and requested to cancel/ utilize my last month of membership which I had already paid for. I was told that I'd have to come in to cancel (keep in mind I was able to sign up just fine over the phone). I reached out to the billing company over email as it would be a bit before I'd able to go back to the location in person. They responded saying it would take a few days to process the cancellation. However 3 days later I received a second email stating they would be unable to cancel the membership on my behalf. I made it to the gym finally in person. Before my first month was finished and said I was ready to cancel and wanted to use my last month of paid membership. The managers response was I could not do that as I did not provide at least 21 days notice. Therefore I'd be responsible for paying the next month which had yet to begin and only then could I cancel and use my last month. Are you guys kidding me ? Keep the last month. I'll take this up with the BBB since you've been jerking me around from the moment I signed back up. I want my money refunded completely as I only spent 1 day in your gym and have called multiple times regarding my desire to cancel. And the day I finally make it in you tell me about all these hurdles I have to cross to utilize something I already paid for ? Give me a break.

Equipment is good and most members promote a friendly environment. Wish there were more squat racks though. Only 6 squat racks when there are 100+ daily gym goers. Same thing for benches but those free up quicker than the squat racks
