Due to nationwide system malfunction, there was no upload orders or credit card use for the promotion that SB’s offering. The manager and her staff at this location were fabulous at keeping everyone informed, and apologetic about the inconvenience that the company has caused, yet still make sure that ALL on line (the line was so long!) are greeted with the best smile and customer service. The kitchen staff made the best smash burger we came home with. This team made a bad situation very pleasant!

I had high expectations for this place. The burger looked yummy unfortunately it was tasteless. The fries were oil- soaked and also tasteless. It was my first time and last. Sorry, it's my honest opinion

Had the new limited time chorizo cheeseburger and they really need to make this a permanent menu item. This burger was so flavorful it needed nothing on it. Any condiment after the fact would ruin it.

Great customer service and speedy service and the food was delicious but the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars because the ice shoot for the ice machine had mold on it that is very visualize to guest.Mattie, We are thrilled to hear you had a Smash-tastic visit.
