I called to schedule our new cat that we adopted from the SPCA-when I called the front desk person was very flustered and proceeded d to tell me that they were short staffed, one Vet just left another is on vacation and that is a good thing that we already have our dog there as they are not accepting new pets. BTW they weren't able to get us in until November. Two weeks later-once we secured a new Vet I called to cancel our cat's apt and she wasn't even in the system... However our dog is and they have her as deceased... She is still alive. It sounds like a sh&$show

The staff are always competent and helpful. Our pets love to be there, and we trust them completely with our fur- babies!!
