I used to have very good experiences in this animal hospital. Now I seriously question their levels of commitment. I am writing this review in the hope they will consider some of their practices and levels of caring/attention. They seem to have changed, and for the worse. I took my very nervous dog in for a shot, and I was not permitted to go with her. It happened so quickly and was so unexpected that I was kind of stunned. After 15 or 20 minutes (I am estimating here but how long does a shot take?) they provided the dog back. Part way through this experience I did ask when I would get the dog back. I had other questions about vaccines, upcoming care, dog food, etc but decided to forgo any discussion. I did not consider this a good experience. What happened to the prior facility where the staff were helpful, caring, and understood that owners wanted to be with their pets? This is a very clinical atmosphere that generates an uncaring feeling. At the old location we said goodbye to one of our past dogs. The staff were amazing. They did an outstanding job. Whenever we came in that facility the atmosphere was warm, caring, and generous. Even through the time of COVID. I would strongly suggest that this facility consider their caring aspects. Based on my experience today I would suggest they have lost sight of what is important to pet owners.

I love Dr. McMichael. Glad to reconnect with her. She was my 21 year old cat’s first vet tech back in the day. Glad to see that she became a veterinarian. She goes above and beyond the call of duty.
