Terran was very polite, respectful, and professional. He explained things clearly and completed all work ordered. He did forget to turn the power back on to the newly installed emergency shut off, but called back to let me know to turn it back on. This shows that he does care, so I appreciate that. I've had work done with SuperTech several times in the past and they have been good each time.

Steven is very professional and very detailed on finding out the root problem and fixing it. He provides great suggestion on what you need to fix and at what schedule. I had a loft unit AC which i did not scheduled to fix it but he was eager to find the out the problem and providing solutions on what all i can do. I recommend him for any of your HVAC problems
