Both. There is a small restaurant which is staffed by RCC students who are studying Culinary Arts. The food is delicious and inexpensive and the students get real experience before starting in the profession.

It's got a great culinary program. I was able to complete the first semester before everything was shut down, and I plan to go back after it re opens. The teachers are all professional award winners and great chefs, plus the pace of the classes is good.

Not currently. Veggie burger, entre salads (though usually with some protein) and soup of the day is sometimes vegetarian, but no vegan food.

The restaurant is open every Tuesday through Friday unless there's a break between semesters or a federal holiday, so it should be open on May 29th.
