Customer service is terrible. They will ignore you for weeks and then only respond when you threaten to dispute the credit card charge. Then will proceed to lie to you about shipping your replacement parts (for parts that broke after one week of use) to you "quickly" that you ended up having to pay for. I've been ordering stunt parts for years and been in this game for years and years, never going with this company again though. Absolutely terrible. Find another stunt company to fill your needs.
